Intended use
1012 P2 R filters, when completed with an appropriate two-filter half mask or mask, protect the respiratory system against particulate aerosols (dusts, flumes) and liquid aerosols (mists) as long as the concentration of the dispersed aerosol phase does not exceed:
1012 P2 R filter – 10 x OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit), if assembled with a half mask, and 16,5 x OEL, if assembled with a mask.

Application examples:
wood dusts, welding fumes, oil mist, and asbestos fibres, granite or marble dust, sand, iron machining dusts, rubber fillers, fertilizers

Restrictions on the use 1012 P2 R filters must not be used if air oxygen content isbelow 17% vol. and in confined spacesof small cubature.
NOTE: Half masks and masks assembled with 1012 P2 R filters do not protect against carbon monoxide. Do not use half masks with filters near fires.
